Project instructions

These are all translation files for LiveConfig. The best order to start a new translation is:

1. core.po (all GUI phrases, login, logout, ...)
2. liveconfig.po (some few phrases)
3. hosting.po (hosting GUI: webspace, e-mail settings, ...)
4. server.po (server management)
